Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, if your product arrives **damaged, incorrect, or defective**, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including issuing a replacement or partial refund if necessary. Photos of damage may be requested for claims. We stand behind the quality of our Farm Bill-compliant THCa hemp flower and offer a satisfaction guarantee. While the terms in this policy are a contract, we promise to always do the right thing on a situational basis.
We are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery to the shipper (contact the carrier). If we are at fault for packaging, we will assist in recovery of the package and remedy the transaction with a refund, replacement, or store credit when necessary. We take pride in our reputation, which is earned through customer loyalty and trust.
🔹 Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered complete. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, contact the shipping carrier or local authorities.
🔹 We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

**Shipping Disclaimer & Legal Restrictions** We do not guarantee delivery to states or jurisdictions where THCa hemp is restricted or illegal. It is your responsibility to understand the laws in your area before ordering. By placing an order, you agree that LAXHERB LLC is not responsible for any packages **seized, delayed, or returned due to local law enforcement, weather, or carrier issues unless we are at fault as determined in these terms.**
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. A request for return must be made within 72 hours of receiving delivery confirmation.
We will rarely ask you to return a package.
DO NOT RETURN A PACKAGE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM US.
WE WILL PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL FOR ALL APPROVED RETURNS
🔹 All sales are final on opened, used, perishable, or consumable products.
Return Conditions
- All returned items must be in their original packaging, with no damage to the package or product.
- If your order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return unless the error was ours.
- You must obtain a return label FROM US before shipping your return.
- We reserve the right to deny any returns if they do not meet our policy requirements.
- If a product is returned in a condition that prevents it from being restocked, a processing or replacement fee (up to the full purchase price) will be deducted from your refund.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for proper packaging. No unsealed or open packages should ever be mailed.
🔹 If your package arrives damaged, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within 24 hours may result in denial of a claim.
Order Cancellation & Package Refusal
- If we receive a cancellation request before the order has left our facility, we will issue a cancellation.
- If your order has already shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
- If your order is already in transit, you may request a return after receiving the package.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused and returned to LAXHERB.COM, a partial refund will be issued, minus:
- The actual shipping costs to and from the buyer.
- A 25% restocking fee.
- If the item was damaged in transit, the refund amount will be at our sole discretion, up to the full purchase amount.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as some transactions take time to post.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund after 10 days, please email us at laxherbllc@gmail.com.
Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
🔹 Fraudulent chargebacks and disputes will be contested with supporting documentation. Customers who file fraudulent disputes may be banned from future purchases.

- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
